This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We collect only the information you choose to give us — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, city, industry and message — when you fill in the Request a Quote form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like all web servers, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange demos, and provide sales and support. With your consent, we may also send you product updates, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for their marketing.
A few features of this website rely on trusted third parties, who process data under their own privacy policies:
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. After that, they are deleted.
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or withdraw your consent to receiving updates. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
This policy covers the website only. Business data you store in GenNeXT ERP belongs to you and is governed by your licence agreement with us.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
